The Options IX for the Control of Influenza which will take place at the Sheraton Grand Chicago 24-28 August 2016, in Chicago, Illinois, is the largest international conference exclusively devoted to influenza. This meeting follows on from the success of Options VIII (Cape Town, 2013) and has been thoroughly planned by three Scientific Advisory Committee Work Groups on Clinical Science, Public Health and Virology and Pathogenesis.
