It is always nice to see our alumni! The Options for the Control of Influenza meeting in Singapore was the occastion for the reunion of 2010 HKU-Pasteur Virology course students with Malik Peiris, HKU-Pasteur's Co-Director.
It is very inspiring to see everyone's the achievments. Shashank Tripathy, which was the major of the 2010 Virology course and gave a seminar at the School of Public Health in HKU earlier this week, is now Assistant Professor in the Microbiology and Cell Biology Department of the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India, Sandy Mak works for the National Public Health Laboratory in Singapore as a Scientific Officer and Naning Agustiningsih is a Junior Researcher at the National Institute of Health Research and Development, Jakarta, Indonesia.
